Aiming for the Track & Field Championship

Now that I’ve made the varsity team and started training seriously, I’ve set my sights on something bigger—the championship. I know it won’t be easy, especially since I’m still gaining experience, but I want to push myself to see how far I can go.

Competing at a high level requires more than just speed. I need to perfect my technique, increase my endurance, and build my mental toughness. The championship won’t just be about physical ability—it’ll be about handling pressure and staying focused.

I’m training harder than ever, focusing on my weaknesses, and setting small goals to keep improving. I know that just making it to the championship would be a huge achievement, but I don’t just want to be there—I want to compete at my best.

I never expected track & field to become such a big part of my life, but now, I can’t imagine my exchange year without it. If I can make it to the championship, it’ll prove to me that anything is possible when I put in the work.
