Getting a leaner body to break my running record
Lately, I’ve been on a mission—not just to work out, but to truly transform my body and mindset. I’ve been putting in the effort to get in shape, focusing on building a lean, strong body through a mix of different exercises and consistent training. It’s not easy, but it’s becoming something I actually enjoy doing for myself.
Every session, I push myself a little harder—whether it’s core work, leg training, cardio, or running drills. I’ve learned that progress doesn’t always show up overnight, but it does show up if you stay committed. And honestly, I’m proud of how far I’ve already come. I feel stronger, more focused, and more confident every day.
At the same time, I’m working hard in track and field to break my own running records. It’s not just about competing with others—it’s about becoming better than the version of me from last week. I want to see how far I can push my speed and endurance, and I’m determined to hit the goals I’ve set for myself this season.
There’s something empowering about watching your body respond to hard work. Some days are tough, but I remind myself that growth lives outside of comfort zones. I’m not chasing perfection—I’m chasing progress, and that’s what keeps me going.
This journey isn’t just physical—it’s mental, too. And I’m excited to keep pushing forward, breaking limits, and proving to myself what I’m capable of.
