Morning Routine
Every morning, I try to start my day with discipline and energy. I wake up early so I don’t feel rushed, and the first thing I do is get moving. Exercise is a big part of my routine—it helps wake me up and gets my body ready for the day. Sometimes I do a quick workout like push-ups, core exercises, or a short run, depending on how much time I have.
After exercising, I take a shower and get ready for school. It feels way better going into the day already feeling active and refreshed. Then I’ll eat a simple breakfast—nothing too heavy, just enough to give me energy.
What I’ve noticed is that when I stick to this routine, my whole day feels more productive. I’m more focused in class, and I don’t feel as tired or lazy. It’s not always easy to stay consistent, especially when I want to sleep in, but it’s definitely worth it.
Starting the day right really does make a difference.
