How I Survived Exams, Quizzes, and Still Did Well
It’s one of those moments where you sit back and think, how did I even manage this? Last week, I had back-to-back exams and quizzes, and yet somehow, I still did well. Honestly, I’m still a little surprised myself.
The secret wasn’t magic—it was about planning and consistency. I made sure to break my study time into small chunks instead of cramming. Even 25–30 minutes of focused work, followed by a short break, made a huge difference. I also prioritized my weaker subjects first, so I wasn’t panicking at the last minute.
Another huge help was active recall—basically testing myself instead of just reading notes. It’s intense but so effective. And yes, I allowed myself some downtime too; even 15 minutes of walking or listening to music helped me reset my brain.
Looking back, the biggest lesson is that it’s possible to juggle everything if you stay organized, pace yourself, and take care of your mind. Exams feel overwhelming, but when you break them down step by step, you realize you can handle way more than you think
