Preparing for My Capstone Project
Today, I started preparing for my Capstone project, and it quickly became clear that this isn’t something I can rush through. There are a lot of moving parts, and I need to stay organized if I want everything to come together well.
I began by going over the requirements and trying to fully understand what is expected. After that, I started narrowing down my topic and thinking about the main direction I want my project to take. It’s not just about picking something interesting—it also has to be structured, realistic, and something I can actually support with research.
Once I had a general idea, I started breaking things into smaller steps. I listed out what I need to research, possible sources I can use, and how I might organize my sections. It felt a bit overwhelming at first, but breaking it down made it more manageable.
I also realized that time management is going to be important. If I wait too long or try to do everything at once, it’s going to get messy fast. So I’m trying to pace myself and focus on one part at a time instead of thinking about the whole project at once.
By the end of it, I didn’t finish anything major yet, but I feel like I’ve built a solid starting point. Preparing for Capstone is less about rushing and more about planning carefully and staying consistent.
