My habit of baking cakes, cookies and brownies

My habit of baking cakes, cookies and brownies

There’s something special about spending time in the kitchen, especially when it involves baking. Recently, I tried making a mix of cakes, cookies, and brownies, and each one brought its own kind of fun and challenge.

Baking a cake feels like creating something delicate and precise. Measuring ingredients carefully and watching the batter transform in the oven is satisfying. When it finally rises and turns golden, it feels like a small achievement. Decorating it afterward adds a creative touch, making the process even more enjoyable.

Cookies, on the other hand, are quicker but just as rewarding. Shaping the dough, placing each piece on the tray, and waiting for them to spread and bake fills the kitchen with a warm, comforting smell. They’re simple, but it’s easy to experiment with flavors and textures.

Brownies are probably the most indulgent of the three. Mixing melted chocolate and butter creates a rich batter that already looks tempting before it even goes into the oven. When they come out slightly gooey in the center, it feels like the perfect balance between a cake and a cookie.

Overall, baking these treats isn’t just about the final result—it’s about the process. It teaches patience, creativity, and attention to detail, while also giving you something delicious to enjoy at the end.
